If you want to manipulate your data and look for more customization options, then Excel is your friend in crime. If you want to export data to Excel, simply click on the Export option located at the top end in the report. Choose Excel Workbook or CSV and click Export again. If you want to retain original formatting, look for them in the advanced tab.

Turn on this feature by clicking on Edit, followed by Preferences and then Accounting. Here, you will find Company Preferences where you can turn on Classes. It helps you in tracking the profit and losses of a company. When turned on, this feature will help you classify all your new transactions under user defined heads. However, you also have an option of customization here. If you want to add a new icon, simply click on View and then on Customized Icon Bar. From here, click on Add.
